Today we had our Christmas celebration here at the base, to be quiet honest I don't know that I feel like it was Christmas................... but enjoyed the delicious turkey.................... and Deo's dessert..........................

I have mix feeling................want to pray for something for I don't know that I want to pray...yeah, yeah I know I am not making sense, I'm not supposted to..... I miss Mexico and my family especially today as I ate turkey!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Something is changing in my heart and I am a bit scared.................

Fun, Gentle, Crazy.......hilarious.....

It was 2001 when a group of us (only girls with a 15 passenger van) took off to drive 24 hrs down from El Paso to Puebla (2 Hrs away from Mexico City) so one of the girls decided she will drive but after 1 hr she decided she was tired so I said I will drive, I had the best co-pilate my friend Pily will keep me awake feeding me peanuts and diet coke so everyone went to sleep except me and her we talked for the 12 hrs, by the end of the trip I seriously couldn't think right..... I crashed in a couch and woke up at 6:00 AM (I went to bed around 2) to drive again.... my friend drove some then I took over again since they keep complaining about "Mexican trucks" finally I got to Mexico city and spent the night at my parents......we left the next morning to one of my friends cousin...........we were doing a meeting that nite..... we got there and did a meeting to talk about our ministry...to be quite honest I don't know how I spoke.... after that we went out for dinner........the only thing I remember was this guy looking at me and making a statement " You drove right??? "YES!" I answered He said yeah I can tell- "You look awful"...... inside of me I thought "who are you? to tell me I look awful" only if you knew I drove for like 18hrs ......who can look pretty!!!! ???????
Then after dinner he was driving this old van, he asked me to follow him......so I though great I have to follow this guy that told me I look awful..............firts he went into a really small and narrow street I followed him and I can see all the guys inside the van laughing at me trying to manuver a 15 passenger van get through without hitting anything in the way..... I thought he is tricking me I will not follow next time so I was right....... he turned into a empty gas station thinking I was going to follow then I stopped and waited 'til he realized I didn't follow him..........."busted"....... I yelled!!!! he laughed................. when we got to the place where we supposted to stay I learned that it was his house, the guy that told me I look awful and tricked me driving.............. I thought is going to be a long week................... we settled in a room.................. then this guy asked me if I wanted to drink some "Licuado" (kinda like a milkshake) so I agreed...............the "licuado" tasted kinda of salty I thought....................him and my friend has added some extra salt to it and it tasted quite nasty..,....that was it!!! I decided I don't like this guy!!!!....................... After that we went to different places that this interesting guy had set up for us, I found that he was going to be my co-pilot because no one else knew the city..... he seemed to be funny.... and was amazed that I could handle quite well a 15 passenger Van.... he said "You are the only girl that I know that knows how to drive"...... Great! I thought at least he likes something about me..... since I thought he was sooo mean..........he will say the most funny things that just made laugh..... he noticed that ..... he was funny..... days went by and I just had a blast...... we kept in touch 'till today and he still can make me laugh...... I don't know how he does it but he has an ability to say things that just make laugh..... I was in Thailand last year checking my email in Khao lak (Tsunami area) I was feeling a bit down after seen all the damage in the area and then he made me laugh on MSN...... he is just always ready to laugh...

I must say that even though I never thought he could be my friend......today he is one of the gentle, funny, crazy, honest guy that I know........ everywhere we are in the world whether is Thailand, Mongolia, France, Germany, Hong Kong or Mexico we always laugh once we see each other on line....... the name of the guy???????????????to remain nameless.......

Thanks dude..... Miss you terribly sometimes......... no te creas mucho ok?!

Pictures of the day??? The hat boys...... is finally cold in Hong Kong so the boys took out their funny outfits.....so we girls just laughed at them....hehehehehe

Christmas Outreach is running and we are going crazy..... today we had our rehearsal it was great the teams did such a good job................

So today everyone was busy the base looked like there was an earthquake.....yet at the end it look ok, we all worked sooo hard today.......................
